1.Q: Why I use it sometimes, it can record only 40 seconds?
A: Because you use is a trial version, please purchase and register it to remove this limitation.
2. Q:Why the recorded file is mute?
A:It may be reasons below:
1.Your sound card doesn't support recording. Please contact you hardware manufacture.
2.Sound card setting is wrong, please set it follow the help.
3.Other sound drivers exist in your system, so the sound card's driver can't work. Please check and renew it.

3.Q:Why the recorded file's size is 0 byte, and it is mute?
A: You view the file property when recording, so the windows put the file to another space:-)
Please look for the '.tmp' file on your desktop or in the directory which you save recorded files. If sure, please rename it to '.wav', and it can be heard.
4. Q:When I convert the wav file to mp3, it can't be played, why?
A:Please select the high qualiy when recordig.Only the high quality file can be convert to mp3.
